PASSPORT
Any student applying for admission must hold a) a non-Korean passport with valid Korean visa or reentry permit; b) diplomatic status; or c) SOFA status or its equivalent. Students with Korean citizenship who have lived and attended schools in a foreign country for more than 5 years may also apply to CCS.
GUARDIANSHIP
Students applicant must reside with at least one parent or a legal guardian.
TRANSCRIPT
Any student applying for admission must present official school transcripts from the last school attended. If transcripts are not available, the student applicant will be placed according to testing administered by CCS.
APPLICATION
The Application process is complete only when the above requirements have been met; the application form filled out and received by CCS along with the non-refundable registration fee; and the student has been approved for the appropriate grade level or classes; and fees have been paid.
INTERVIEW
The student applicant and at least one parent is required to have a personal interview with a CCS official.
TESTING
All student applicants will be tested in English and Math. The English test will consist of vocabulary test, comprehension test and written essays; the Math test will cover basic math (procedures and problem solving skills) depending on the grade level.

MEDICAL RECORD
All students new to CCS are required to present evidence of a recent medical examination. Any special problems should be presented to the school with a doctor's note. All immunizations must be completed including DPT, Polio, MMR, and TB skin test. If satisfactory evidence of immunization is not available, the child must receive DPT, Polio, and MMR that are appropriate for the child's age, and must provide the school with verification of the shots having been given.
Students who have attended CCS for two weeks and have not submitted all required medical information may be excluded from classes.

The following documents and materials are needed on the day of the interview:
- Foreign Passport
- School Transcripts and Records for the last three years
- Immunization Record
- A short English writing sample
- Standard Testing Record (if any have been taken at your school)
- Admission Processing Fee: W 300,000 (non-refundable paid when application is submitted)
- One photo (3 x 4 cm)

TUITION
All tuition and fees are paid on or before May 30, 2007.
The student must show receipt of payment on the first day of every quarter to the homeroom teacher or they will not be able to participate in class!
NEW STUDENT CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FEE
2,000,000 Won (non-refundable) This is a non-refundable fee required of all NEW students to cover the running and maintenance of facilities.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Curriculum Fees: $ 250.00/academic year (text book usage fee, non-refundable)
School Bus Fees: $ 390,000 Won/quarter (round trip)
REFUND POLICY
90% refund of tuition may be made only before school begins.
50% of the tuition fee is refundable if the student withdraws by the 2nd week of school.
No refund will be made after the 2nd week of school.
LATE FEES
A late fee will be assessed on any outstanding balance remaining after close of business on the due date.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply only if the family is paying the tuition and not the company.
Second child registered receives 10% discount off tuition.
Third child registered receives 20% discount off tuition.
Children of parents involved in full time missionary or pastoral work receive 25% discount off tuition but students should keep their quarterly GPA higher than 2. 5 to be received continuously.
Students who have been caught cheating or who have had any suspensions will not be eligible to receive the discount.
